A qualified examiner in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) with Cambridge University, Barbara worked in that field for more than 20 years before joining the Emphasis team. Since then, she has enabled people from all fields to improve their written communications – including the civil service, government agencies, pharmaceuticals, IT, law, manufacturing, retail, finance and consultancy.
