The financial year end is only two months away. So if you or your colleagues need writing-skills training, you may need to move quickly to use this year’s budget.

To help your budget go further, we’re offering complimentary follow-up coaching worth around £2,000. All you have to do to qualify for this offer is book three in-company training days and we’ll pay for one of our experts to provide a day of one-to-one follow-up coaching for up to eight people.

You’ll need to hurry though, as the offer applies only if you book by 26 February, with at least one training day to run before 1 April.

Increase the impact of training

Follow-up coaching takes place six to eight weeks after our in-company courses. Our trainer analyses a second writing sample, which allows them to identify continuing problem areas and work on them with the delegate in this 40 minute one-to-one session. Follow-up coaching increases the amount of knowledge retained from a one-day course from 40-50 per cent to 80-90 per cent.
