Sholem Lenkiewicz
Sholem started his career in the field of media monitoring back in the late 1990s, before moving into journalism. He spent six years as a researcher, writer and editor at the media resource site Foresightnews and its parent company, The Profile Group. He’s also worked in the charity communications sector, developing a communications strategy for the north Westminster community as part of the Paddington Development Trust.
Since then, he’s established himself as a freelance copywriter and instructional designer, working with clients including Facebook, Specsavers, HMRC, National Skills Academy and Ravensbourne University.
With Emphasis, Sholem uses his experience to develop bespoke learning programmes for our in-house training. By working closely with the account management team, he creates training materials that address the challenges of clients such as Ofqual, Smiths, British Parking Association and Peak District National Park.
He has a degree in philosophy from University College London, and goes by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Wallace Stegner’s notion that ‘We write to make sense of it all.’ Still trying to make sense of it all, Sholem is working on his second novel in his spare time.
