Emma Mallon Project Coordinator

Emma is one-fourth of our indispensable operations team, having joined Emphasis in March 2019.

In a previous working life, Emma spent seven years coordinating international education and exchange programmes. During this time, she worked closely with partners from all over the world to ensure programme operations ran smoothly and participants were prepared for their time abroad.

This clearly primed her well for her role as project coordinator, where she works across teams to drive strategic projects and support quality assurance activities.

Like many of the Emphasis staff, Emma’s interested in language – she speaks French and enjoys learning about intercultural communication. She hails from Burlington, Vermont in the US – the generous city which also bestowed Ben & Jerry’s upon us (*other brands of ice-cream are available). We have much to thank it for.
