Apart from founder Rob, Barbara was one of Emphasis’ first trainers, and has helped people all over the world to improve their business writing. As well as helping people express themselves well at work, she helps them express their sense of style in the most ethical ways possible, through her Brighton-based Fair Trade shop, Lovethatstuff.
