Operations Manager

Carlie joined Emphasis with over 15 years’ experience in client services and team leadership, and a proven track record in building solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

A collaborative approach, an eye for detail and a special affinity for organisation made her a natural fit for the role of operations manager in 2023. As well as overseeing and developing our operations team, Carlie ensures our trainers always have everything they need to run a successful course.

In her free time, Carlie enjoys cleaning (no, really), hiking and reading recipe books. We’re confident her collection is exceptionally well organised too.
