Colin Ward

Colin began his career teaching English as a second language in Italy and Japan before moving into more commercial roles.

He has a strong background in both account management and editing. And with 17 years’ experience in the training industry, he understands how effective training can help people to make changes and long-lasting improvements. With Emphasis, he works with individuals and companies to provide them with the best solution to enable them to achieve their learning and business objectives.

Colin is also fluent in French, having spent eight years running his own French language centre in Provence.

And while we may not totally understand his decision to leave the south of France, it worked out well for us, as his background made him a perfect fit for the Emphasis team in 2019.
