David Cameron

David has spent more than 25 years working in the communications departments of international charities and large organisations.

An experienced writer and trainer, he has created style and tone-of-voice guides for Amnesty International, The Big Lottery Fund and the Environment Agency, alongside developing and delivering training to support their use. He writes for charities including PTA UK and the National Trust. He has also developed and delivered business-writing training for the NHS, local authorities, UK police forces and universities.

David’s work with Emphasis is shaped by his understanding of the role an organisation’s culture plays in developing its people’s business-writing skills.
