In this intensive, practical session, your team will get a complete grounding in all areas of professional writing, whatever they typically write – whether that’s emails, management reports or customer letters, or any other document. We tailor the content using real-life examples of your documents so that all the materials are relevant for your sector, industry and the kinds of documents your team write.

A key feature of this course is that all delegates receive our unique pre-course writing analysis. This covers 15 different areas of writing skills and helps us ensure the training meets the delegates’ precise writing needs, while ensuring delegates make rapid, targeted improvements.

We can run this course remotely online or in person at your workplace or choice of venue.

By the end of the training, attendees will be able to:

set a clear objective – no more waffling without a clear purpose
write consistently in your organisation’s tone of voice
fix grammar and punctuation mistakes
keep readers reading with documents that are compelling and interesting
construct clear sentences and stop readers guessing the meaning
