To do this, we will ask you to provide details of your win strategy by either supplying us with your documented win plan or briefing our consultant. Our expert bid consultant will then work collaboratively with at least one key member of your bid team (such as the bid manager or opportunity owner) to pinpoint the messaging most likely to land the deal.
We can also help you to map this targeted messaging to the relevant parts of the bid submission – making it easier to develop an optimised proposal.
A half-day or a full day is typical. It will depend on the size of the bid and how complete your win plan is.
