Lynsey Williams

Lynsey joined Emphasis with over 20 years’ experience working as an administration manager in local government, housing associations and further education – plus a few more as an IT trainer. This explains why she’s able to keep the office running like a well-oiled machine – and knows what to do when the machines in the office aren’t behaving as they should.

As well as overseeing the office management, Lynsey supports our team of trainers to ensure they’ve got everything they need to deliver the highest quality training. She coordinates production of the all-important learning materials and manages the logistics for all our courses for individuals.

She has a BSc in geography from the University of Brighton (and if you’re ever passing, you can pop in and see a sample of her degree work still on display).
